On a cold January morning, a bright-eyed bushy-haired Javier Colón bribed Tim Marotta with some Starbucks coffee so he’d hear a “business proposal.” Tim was intrigued, but mostly really wanted coffee, so he obliged. Thus; Bifocal was born… sort of.
After several failed attempts starting a podcast and working through technical issues, Javi and Tim finally launched bifocalpodcast.com along with their very first episode on September 6, 2018. Bifocal has a devoted following that continues to grow and the rest is history!
The hosts of Bifocal hope to inspire deeper conversation in a generation lacking true face-to-face communication. Bifocal aims to pose questions that can be easily translated into a conversation that helps foster connection across generations, cultures, and eventually the world. If there is a question you would like us to answer, serious or not, email us; firstname.lastname@example.org. We will occasionally do bonus episodes with questions from our listeners, so be sure to make your voice heard! See you on the flip side!
